Living With Purpose
I’m Kyle Rosetta—a husband, father of five, educator, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ. I live in Bellingham, Washington, with my wife, Jessica, and our family.
A desire to understand the human experience runs through my life and the things I’m passionate about. It has shaped my decisions and my search for truth, grounded in a faith that each of us has a purpose.
Here, I explore those questions through writing about faith, family, work, and the experiences that connect them. Some pieces look back; others consider what’s in front of me and how I choose to respond.
The journey that shaped me
I grew up in coastal North San Diego County, California. The ocean was an early influence, and my interest in exploration eventually led me to work as a SCUBA instructor.
Since leaving Southern California, I’ve lived in Maui, Vancouver, BC, and now Bellingham. Along the way, I’ve worked in education, film production, marketing, and business ownership. My studies have ranged from philosophy and education to film and digital communications.
There have been rewarding chapters and difficult ones. Experience has given me plenty to draw from. It has taught me to listen closely, question assumptions, and understand the situation before deciding what comes next.
The values that drive me
I believe in doing work that matters and living a life grounded in service. I am not interested in growth for its own sake. I care about building things that genuinely help people and remain worthy of the responsibility they create.
Fatherhood brought that responsibility into sharper focus. My Catholic faith and my responsibilities as a husband and father shape how I think about leadership, service, and what is worth building.
Those convictions show up in practical ways. I try to understand before acting. I account for the people and capacity behind every decision. I focus on decisions and systems that continue to serve the business as conditions change.

Turning experience into impact
The experiences that shaped me are not separate from the work I do today. They are why I look beneath the apparent problem, consider what a decision will require in practice, and think carefully about what should happen next.
Jessica and I co-founded Rosetta Marketing Designs. I lead strategy and help service businesses clarify their positioning and connect the systems that support lead generation and client retention.
A place to explore leadership, faith, stewardship, responsible growth, and the deeper questions that emerge when we try to build something that matters.
These are different expressions of the same purpose: helping people see clearly, act responsibly, and build work that can last.
