It is difficult to put yourself out there in the world and work to be a positive force. For many years, I was too afraid to use my voice. I thought I did not know what to say. I was always good at one on one conversations, but I couldn’t organize my thoughts to build a system. Then one day I decided to let go of my fear and insecurity and tried. I worked at it in private, then in one on one situations with people I trusted. I received the feedback with humility and always tried to improve. Success happened, and now I want to share my insights with you.
